Roseburg man accused of stealing from Salvation Army thrift store

A 38-year-old Roseburg man was arrested Wednesday evening on suspicion of stealing more than $400 worth of merchandise dropped off at the Salvation Army thrift store in the 3000 block of Southeast Stephens Street.

Rhett Elvis Morrow was cited and released on suspicion of second-degree theft.

Police suspect that over the past two weeks and on at least eight occasions, Morrow drove to the thrift store and took donated items.
