12:52 a.m. — A woman was screaming and threatening to burn someone in a tent in the 1800 block of Southeast Mill Street, Roseburg.
9:32 a.m. — Caller found two spoons and three syringes by a red Chevrolet in the parking lot of Oregon Tractor in the 4400 block of Old Highway 99 South.
11:31 a.m. — A fence was cut all the way to the ground in the 1800 block of West Duke Road, Sutherlin. Nothing was taken.
3:17 p.m. — A man said his neighbor owns more than 60 cats that are out of control in the 60 block of Grandview Street, Glide.
6:02 p.m. —A man wearing a brown shirt and carrying a handgun on his belt was heading toward Kelly’s Corner in the 4600 block of Carnes Road, Roseburg. The caller thought the man was tweaking.
10:06 p.m. — A woman stopped her small green car in the middle of the roadway, left it running and walked away.

Adrian Henry Fabela, 33, no location listed, on suspicion of fraudulent use of a credit care, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft.
Nathen Blaine Goin, 32, of Days Creek, on suspicion of attempting to elude a police officer on foot, unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful distribution of methamphetamine.
Ricky William Lavrar, 31, of Yoncalla, on suspicion of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, fourth-degree assault and harassment.
Michael John Smith, 35, of Roseburg, on suspicion of harassment, three counts of recklessly endangering another person and harassment.
