A Roseburg man who attracted police attention by riding his bicycle in front of a patrol car shortly after 2 a.m. today was arrested on two warrants and suspicion of possessing methamphetamine, police said.
Sammy Richard Quair, 26, was contacted by police in the area of Pine Street and Burke Avenue. Officers took Quair into custody on two felony warrants charging him with possession and delivery of methamphetamine. Police reported searching Quair and finding 4 grams of methamphetamine.
He was booked into the Douglas County Jail and was in custody today in lieu of $175,000 bail.
