Letter: Mick Fummerton is the man for Douglas County commissioner

Concerned with election race

To start with, I’m 84 years young and I’ve been around the block a few times. I’ve known Mick Fummerton and his family for a long time. He’s a good man, honest as the day is long, and has all of the qualifications to do a good job as Douglas County commissioner.

If you’re a rancher, farmer, cattleman, logger, mill worker, construction worker, plumber, electrician, cook, waitress, beverage or car salesman, butcher, policeman, lawyer, mechanic, county or government worker, you need to vote for Mick.

If you like to bowl, play ball, golf, tennis, swim, race cars, play cards, dance or go to church on Sunday, you need to vote for Mick.

No matter what you do, you need to vote for this guy. Mick Fummerton is the man for the job.

Roy Harvey Sr.
