Recommending Baker as mayor I have served two terms on the Roseburg City Council under the leadership of three mayors and worked with Larry Rich during my final four years ending in 2002. We have an opportunity to elect a new mayor on Nov. 6th and his name is Mike Baker. I have known Mike even before he became our councilor.
