ROSE Keep filling the food banks It’s always discouraging to hear how great the need for food is in Douglas County. It’s sad to think of the many families who find they just don’t have enough money to buy food to feed themselves. Fortunately, that’s not the end of the story. Douglas County is also blessed with generous people who are determined not to let the shelves at food banks become empty.
