Letter: Shop around for heating and cooling service in Roseburg

Beware heating, cooling dealers My furnace went bad and I had the dealer with the lowest service charge come out, which was $73. The ignitor was bad and it took him less than 10 minutes to replace it. He charged me $173 for the part plus the service, making the bill $246. The part is nothing special and it fits in my hand.
