11:30 a.m. — A 23-year-old Roseburg woman was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear in court in the 1900 block of West Harvard Avenue.
Noon — A 55-year-old Yoncalla woman was cited and released on suspicion of theft at Sherm’s Thunderbird Market in the 25000 block of Stewart Parkway.
1:30 p.m. — A Roseburg school bus was involved in a two-vehicle accident on Stephens Street at Newton Creek Road.
3:31 p.m. — A 32-year-old Roseburg man and 25-year-old Roseburg woman were cited on suspicion of theft at Walmart in the 2100 block of Stewart Parkway. The alleged theft took place March 2.
3:45 p.m. — A 45-year-old male transient was cited on suspicion of drinking in public after being found with a 24-ounce beer in the 700 block of Southeast Rose Street.
10:25 p.m. — A 32-year-old male transient was cited on suspicion of public urination in the 1500 block of Southeast Stephens Street.
2:30 a.m. — A 27-year-old Roseburg man was arrested on suspicion of burglary in the 100 block of Cross Creek Drive. The man needed medical treatment after being captured by a police dog.

1:49 a.m. — A vehicle was heading north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Milepost 164 at Curtin.
5:36 p.m. — A man with long hair wearing a turtleneck was staggering by the side of North Umpqua Highway with a rifle in one hand and a bottle of whiskey in the other, near the 23000 block.
6:13 p.m. — Several juveniles on skateboards were being pulled by a gold pickup near the intersection of Northwest Loma Vista Drive and Troost Street in Roseburg.
6:17 p.m. — A train crossing was malfunctioning near the junction of Elkhead Road and Eagle Valley Road in Yoncalla.
6:56 p.m. — A suspicious man was going through a large metal trash container, possibly to steal mail, in the 300 block of Main Street in Riddle.
7:06 p.m. — A woman who appeared to be on drugs and whose sweatpants were coming off was falling down in the middle of Old Melrose Road in the 5000 block in Roseburg.
8:55 p.m. — Six small dogs were left on a porch near the intersection of North Main Street and East B Avenue in Drain.
10:04 p.m. — After attempting to pay for $20 worth of gas with a counterfeit $50 bill, a man drove off in a teal Honda Civic.
11:38 p.m. — A semi rig was ramming gas pumps in the 600 block of John Long Road in Yoncalla.
1:31 p.m. — A tool was found on property in the 1200 block of Winchester Avenue.
2:46 p.m. — A dog was reported to be at large near the intersection of 13th Street and Ivy Avenue. The owner was warned.
10:20 p.m. — A barking dog was reported in the 2000 block of Fir Street, but a responding officer heard no barking.

Alex Preston Dickson, 21, on suspicion of first-degree theft, first-degree burglary, carrying a concealed knife, unlawful possession or concealment of a firearm and a parole violation.
Jessica Lynn Gater, 25, on suspicion of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and failure to appear in court for a criminal citation.
Raymond Roy Morton, 50, on suspicion of driving while license suspended or revoked, second-degree failure to appear in court and contempt of court.
Kaare Harry Reierstad, 64, on suspicion of three counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Nicole Marie Sturgeon, 23, on suspicion of three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of child neglect and one of possession of methamphetamine.
