Letter: A man's perspective on Dr. Reneau

A man’s view for Dr. Reneau

The letters to the editor in favor of Dr. Don Reneau that I have read so far have been written by women. Of course, this is appropriate since the allegations were brought forth by women. From a man’s perspective, though, I cannot see how there would be a chance for Dr. Reneau to be inappropriate with a patient in his office.

My wife and I have been patients there since 2002. We have referred numerous people to him and they have all been very satisfied. The doors are always open to each room and other patients walk through the halls to and from their rooms. The office manager, technician and massage therapists — all females — are always in the patient areas.

Dr. Reneau is a warm, friendly person and does a great job of healing the body. Of course, like any doctor, he has to touch the body to do his job. When I go to his office, it is always full of patients. It would not be full if he didn’t conduct himself properly.
