Police Log: Intoxicated man in underwear walking around

Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

10:08 a.m. — A pedestrian was hit by a car on Interstate 5 northbound near Milepost 120.

11:00 a.m. — Two men were looking in windows and trying to break into a vacant house in the 400 block of Fairchild Street, Canyonville. They were last seen in a dark green sedan.

12:30 p.m. — A large amount of trash was dumped in the area of Quiet Mountain Road and Highway 42, Camas Valley.

12:36 p.m. — A dark blue Hyundai Accent took out a fence in the 1100 block of North Comstock Road, Sutherlin.

1:52 p.m. — A shed was burgled for the second time recently in the 700 block of Old Garden Valley Road, Roseburg.

6:49 p.m. — A person put fence posts in the middle of the roadway in the 400 block of Wiesen Drive, Glide.

7:34 p.m. — A freight truck went into a ditch in the area of Dole Road and Roberts Mountain Road, Myrtle Creek. The driver was not injured.

10:22 p.m. — An intoxicated man in underwear was walking around in the 1100 block of Plateau Drive, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

The News-Review publishes the names of individuals who have been arrested on suspicion of at least one felony charge or three misdemeanors or a combination of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Wednesday

Douglas County sheriff

Susanna Alive Fishbaugher, 23, no location listed, on suspicion of three violations of a restraining order.

Brandon Ray Morgan, 21, of Roseburg, on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
