Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

12:20 a.m. — Male called and said, “Just wondering if everyone is enjoying the loud music as much as I am” before hanging up in the 600 block of Plateau Drive, Roseburg.

12:39 a.m. — Subject threatening to slit the caller’s throat in the 500 block of Maple Court, Canyonville.

3:22 a.m. — Bear trying to get through the caller’s kitchen stove vent in the 36000 block of Tiller Trail Highway, Tiller.

9:40 a.m. — Caller’s Siberian Husky bit him and he wants the dog to be picked up in the 200 block of Willis Avenue, Glendale.

1:46 p.m. — Caller worried about a horse being mistreated in the 200 block of Nob Hill Road, Roseburg. Caller said the horse has had the same dressing on its legs for several weeks.

2:36 p.m. — Man standing on the side of the road with a bike who appeared to be trying to inject a needle into his arm in the 100 block of Gazley Bridge Road, Canyonville.

2:56 p.m. — Caller had questions about bringing a pellet gun to work in the 100 block of Ork Rock Road, Winchester Bay.

3:36 p.m. — Someone dropped a suspicious item over a fence near the school in the 100 block of North Main Street, Canyonville. Caller is concerned someone is trying to build a weapon.

4:00 p.m. — Intoxicated male banging on vehicles in the 2000 block of Tenmile Valley Road, Tenmile.

6:50 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

5:29 p.m. — Vehicle pulling a boat wrecked behind the caller after hilling the center divider on Interstate 5 near milepost 167, Curtin.

FIRES

6:52 p.m. — Structure fully engulfed in flames on Highway 138 West near milepost 17, Oakland.

ARRESTS

Tuesday

Douglas County sheriff

Barbara Jean Owens, 47, no address provided, on suspicion of two counts of harassment and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.

Reedsport police

Deserae Marie Nelson, 29, of Reedsport, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Roseburg police

Angela Marie Duenas, 34, of Roseburg, on suspicion of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft, resisting arrest and second-degree failure to appear.

Cody Lynn Holocomb, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, driving while suspended or revoked and a parole violation.

Tyler James Wiard, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree theft, second-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree failure to appear.

Winston police

Ryan Michael Williams, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree escape, attempting to elude a police office on foot, and a parole violation.
