Monday

Douglas County sheriff

1:27 a.m. — Caller found a car with its back window smashed out and later saw a male and a female walking in the area looking into vehicles in the 500 block of South Pine Street, Canyonville.

8:10 a.m. — Caller hid in chicken coop because the neighbor is flying a drone in the area and spying on her in the 700 block of charter Oaks Drive, Roseburg.

8:11 a.m. — Transient digging through the neighbor’s trash in the 100 block of Susan Street, Myrtle Creek.

9:05 a.m. — Caller was babysitting a couple of kids last week and the children seemed scared when their father came to pick them up in Myrtle Creek.

3:56 p.m. — Female is beating up a male in front of a storage unit in the 4600 block of Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

4:47 p.m. — Granddaughter used the caller’s phone and later failed to return it. When the caller dialed the number, a male answered and said the phone was sold to him for $70 in the 3200 block of Follett Street.

6:23 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in Roseburg.

ACCIDENTS

4:52 a.m. — Car is off the roadway near Interstate 5 southbound near milepost 149, Oakland.

6:24 p.m. — Female involved in a crash and is having chest pain on Interstate 5 near milepost 80, Glendale.

FIRES

12:39 a.m. — Garbage and other items are on fire in the 8100 block of Old Highway 99 South, Winston.

3:47 p.m. — Structure fire reported in the 5600 block of Roberts Creek Road, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

Frank Karl Dickman, 61, of Spokane, on suspicion of criminal possession of a rented or leased motor vehicle.

Douglas County sheriff

Jacob Timothy Rondeau, 27, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and a felony probation violation.

Oregon State Police

Tasha Lynn Schleicher, 40, of Winchester, on suspicion of two counts of driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree failure to appear, and providing false information to a police officer.

Roseburg police

Whitney Nichole Atterbury, 24, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a felony probation violation.

Shane Christopher Montgomery, 35, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Matthew Eugene Stammen, 18, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a felony probation violation.

Patricia Irene Steep, 36, of Wilbur, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a felony probation violation.
