Douglas County sheriff

12:39 a.m. — Someone has been revving their engine for the past 15 minutes in the 200 block of Gallahad Loop, Myrtle Creek.

1:32 a.m. — Man heard screaming for help near the intersection of North Bank Road and Sable Drive, Roseburg.

4:54 a.m. — Elderly woman reporting two males are on her porch in the 200 block of Riverwood Lane, Oakland.

5:46 a.m. — Truck pulling a tractor that is dragging a chain on the ground and throwing sparks on Interstate 5 southbound near milepost 108, Myrtle Creek.

10:14 a.m. — Customer is very intoxicated and assaulted another customer in the 23000 block of North Umpqua Highway, Idleyld Park.

11:17 a.m. — Subject wearing a bloody Halloween mask, knee pads and is carrying a toy gun and scissors while coming out of the cemetery in the 200 block of Fifth Street, Yoncalla.

1:42 p.m. — Caller reporting stolen bead collection in the 100 block of Lancaster Avenue, Roseburg.

5:01 p.m. — Caller got into a confrontation with a juvenile and the juvenile responded by throwing a rock at the caller’s windshield in the 300 block of North Main Street, Canyonville.

9:28 p.m. — Girlfriend has been out of control for the last three days and has been threatening to stab the caller in his sleep in the 4200 block of Canyonville-Riddle Road, Riddle.

11:52 p.m. — Man that was on the caller’s porch last night is there again in the 200 block of Riverwood Lane, Oakland.

ACCIDENTS

9:45 a.m. — Truck crashed into a semi trailer and the driver seems to be confused and dazed on Interstate 5 southbound, Oakland.

ARRESTS

Thursday

Douglas County sheriff

Nicholas Ryan Clyde, 28, of Roseburg, on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, harassment, unlawful use of a weapon, strangulation, menacing, and pointing a firearm at another person.

Lisa Lee Templeton, 28, no address provided, on suspicion of aggravated harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Winston police

Jacob Timothy Rondeau, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.
