Douglas County sheriff

10:33 a.m. — Subject trying to break into the caller’s house by coming through the window in the 200 block of Clark Terrace, Myrtle Creek.

11:12 a.m. — Dog is tied to a tire but the dog looks fine in the 16000 block of North Bank Road, Roseburg.

12:28 p.m. — An empty canoe was seen floating downriver near Interstate 5 northbound, milepost 121, Roseburg.

12:30 p.m. — Caller just stumbled across a small meth lab and a poached elk in the 7000 block of Melqua Road, Roseburg.

1:01 p.m. — Male who looks to be mentally unstable or high is looking into cars in the 600 block of Stagecoach Road, Canyonville. When the caller confronted the male who was looking into the caller’s truck, the man said the vehicle belonged to his father.

1:13 p.m. — Caller found a bullet hole in her van’s window in the 100 block of Destiny Lane, Myrtle Creek.

3:40 p.m. — Someone broke into the caller’s gun cabinet and the caller doesn’t know if anything is missing in the 900 block of Shively Creek Road, Days Creek.

4:28 p.m. — Several juveniles just showed up at the caller’s house wanting the caller’s daughter to come outside and fight in the 2300 block of Carolyn Court, Roseburg.

7:46 p.m. — Man seen carrying a large green metal box on his back that sounded like there were items inside near the intersection of Club Avenue and Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

Douglas County sheriff

Scott Wayne Lore, 55, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving while suspended or revoked and reckless driving.

Brennen Sean Scott, 23, of Sweet Home, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and third-degree theft.

Timothy James Ray, 38, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Jeremiah William Woods, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree theft, interfering with a police officer, two counts of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and parole violation.

Daniel John Funderburg, 30, of Dexter, on suspicion of heroin possession.

Reedsport police

Sarah Jeannne Wenzel, 35, of Reedsport, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Roseburg police

Mandy Ranae Wimberly, 20, of Roseburg, on suspicion of two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, and carrying a concealed weapon.

David Wayne Cloud, 41, of Roseburg, on suspicion of driving while suspended or revoked, second-degree failure to appear and failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Rick James Eveland, 57, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a parole violation.
