Douglas County sheriff

1:05 a.m. — Four subjects are physically fighting behind the bar in the 4800 block of Northeast Stephens Street, Roseburg.

11:44 a.m. — Capsized boat near the harbor with two men in the water in the 200 block of Eighth Street, Winchester Bay.

12:48 p.m. — Large pig running loose in the 600 block of Lou Gray Drive, Canyonville.

1:18 p.m. — Subject emptying bottles of water and returning them for a deposit in the 4600 block of Carnes Road, Roseburg.

1:41 p.m. — Someone posted on Facebook that they found the caller’s cat, but the person won’t give it back because the caller apparently didn’t describe the cat well enough in the 600 block of Northeast Meadow Avenue, Roseburg.

5:47 p.m. — Neighbor is confronting the caller and harassing her about her son in the 1500 block of Newton Creek Road, Roseburg.

7:51 p.m. — Sex crimes reported in the 400 block of South Canyon Street, Canyonville.

11:34 p.m. — Heard three gunshots from a handgun coming from behind the caller’s residence in the 5400 block of Grange Road, Roseburg.

Douglas County sheriff

Ian James Buckland, 28, of Wilbur, on suspicion of ten counts of telephonic harassment.

Roseburg police

Juan Carlos Alcaraz, 19, no address provided, on suspicion of two counts of second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts of harassment and resisting arrest.

Samantha Lee Spinas, 23, of Myrtle Creek, on suspicion of felony hit and run.
