Douglas County sheriff

12:39 — Subject threw a rock at the caller’s vehicle in an attempt to break out the back window in the 4000 block of Depriest Street, Roseburg.

5:52 a.m. — Someone is inside the caller’s garage in the 17000 block of Elkhead Road, Oakland.

6:06 a.m. — People started power washing outside about an hour ago and woke everyone up in the 300 block of North Main Street, Canyonville.

7:19 a.m. — School bus driver unable to maintain a lane in the 7000 block of Garden Valley Road, Roseburg.

12:00 p.m. — Caller found a bag of women’s clothing outside her house in the 100 block of Beech Street, Roseburg.

4:08 p.m. — Subjects hanging out the window of a green SUV were swearing at the caller in the 400 block of Moreland Avenue, Drain.

10:05 p.m. — Someone walked up to the caller’s screen door and started talking through it in the 3000 block of Hughes Street, Roseburg.

10:06 p.m. — Elderly downstairs neighbor is yelling, crying and cursing in the 600 block of Stagecoach Road, Canyonville.

ACCIDENTS

4:21 p.m. — Two-vehicle accident reported on Interstate 5 northbound near milepost 123, Roseburg.

ARRESTS

Matthew Ewing Kelm, 37, of Roseburg, on suspicion of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

Rashanda Ann Thornhill, 43, of Roseburg, on suspicion of fourth-degree felony assault, felony strangulation and harassment.

Nathan Allen Wilmarth, 43, of Yoncalla, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession, heroin possession and a felony probation violation.

Roseburg police

Jessica Erin Ford, 26, of Roseburg, on suspicion of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, third-degree theft, and second-degree failure to appear.

Jamie Marie Hunt, 27, of Roseburg, on suspicion of third-degree theft, failure to appear on a criminal citation and five counts of second-degree failure to appear.
