1:42 a.m. — Ex boyfriend is texting the caller saying he is on her back porch in Roseburg.

5:54 a.m. — Unattended death reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street, Yoncalla.

6:59 a.m. — Husband is threatening to beat the caller in Roseburg.

2:46 p.m. — Two Corgis stolen from the 500 block of Housley Avenue, Roseburg.

3:56 p.m. — Man posing as a Century Link technician in the 1200 block of De Costa Lane, Oakland.

5:57 p.m. — Man is obviously drinking from an open container while riding a jet ski near the 400 block of Edgewater Drive, Sutherlin.

6:33 p.m. — "Scary" man is on the side of the road and is waving his arms in the 4500 block of South Myrtle Road, Myrtle Creek.

6:42 p.m. — Male urinating outside in the 100 block of Berthel Avenue, Canyonville.

12:00 a.m. — Vehicle is in a ditch with no lights on between milepost 95 and 96 on Interstate 5 northbound near Canyonville.

Ian Thomas Delong, 19, of Shady Cove, on suspicion of second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Julie Rene Jackson, 46, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of resisting arrest, providing false information to a police officer, and methamphetamine possession.

Allison Kay Westberg, 44, of Roseburg, on suspicion of interfering with a police officer, harassment, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Oregon State Police

Kyle Michael Richardson, 28, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and a parole violation.

Roseburg police

Bethany Brooke McFadden, 25, of Tri-City, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Sutherlin police

Donald James Hoke, 54, of Sutherlin, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and violation of a restraining order.
