Thursday

Douglas County sheriff

12:51 a.m. — Man was vague about the problem, but said people were at his residence who didn’t want him there. Line disconnected, with somebody in the background saying, “What are you doing?” in the 4200 block of Depriest Street, Roseburg.

7:18 a.m. — a person called about a neighbor’s dog in their driveway, so they returned it home where they found an older male sitting on the couch with a lamp having fallen over that set a pillow on fire. The person put out the fire and saw dog feces from one end of the house to the other and requested a welfare check on the man who lives alone in the 300 block of Gilbert Avenue, Glendale.

9:33 a.m. — A wife attacked a husband causing injury to the husband’s eye in the 200 block of Emils Way, Roseburg.

10:48 a.m. — Under a billboard on the hillside off the freeway off ramp, a person called about a threatening person trying to get into the person’s camp at milepost 98 on Interstate 5 southbound.

11:35 a.m. — A male/female domestic scene where a subject was screaming while a male was throwing rocks at the female and the female peeling out in a silver Oldsmobile heading toward North Bank Road in the 400 block of Shakemill Road.

Friday

12:34 a.m. — A motor vehicle pursuit of a possible DUII with a person not pulling over who looked over 80 years old in a red Toyota in the area of milepost 215 on Highway 101, Winchester Bay.

ARRESTS

Douglas County sheriff

McKinley Xavier Dickson, 26, of Reedsport, on suspicion of first degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and two counts of recklessly endangering another person.

Ian Morgen Kane, 29, of Roseburg, on suspicion of menacing, two counts of harassment and three counts of interfering with making a police report.

Rob Kendall Meyer, 49, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Kurtis Erik Silva, 24, of Gooding, Idaho, on suspicion of two counts of methamphetamine possession.

Ryan Curtis Sinks, 31, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Roseburg police

Brent Richard Paulson, 32, of Roseburg, on suspicion of first degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief and violation of a restraining order.

Michael Lawrence Singleton, 23, of Roseburg, on suspicion of methamphetamine possession.

Winston police

Jeffrey Brice Longley, 33, of Winston, on suspicion of first degree theft.

Heather Rolene Pasco, 26, of Winston, on suspicion of first degree theft, second degree burglary, methamphetamine possession, supplying contraband and second degree criminal trespass.
