CANYONVILLE Paper rolls spill across I-5 A Los Angeles truck driver was cited for failure to remain in his lane following a wreck Sunday morning that led to his load of large rolls of paper spilling across Interstate 5 south of Canyonville. Andres Varillas, 23, a driver for Alamilla Transport of Troutdale, was headed south when he dozed off at about 7 a.m. and struck two reflector posts before his semi-trailer rolled on its side, according to the Oregon State Police.
