A Roseburg chiropractor accused of hurting and making inappropriate sexual advances to patients has surrendered his license to practice Todd Hansen, who operated Pacific Crest Chiropractic & Wellness Center at 2270 N.W. Troost St., agreed last week to give up his chiropractic license rather than face a disciplinary hearing, the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners announced Monday.
