REEDSPORT — As a Douglas County planner, Jonathan Wright split his time between Reedsport and Roseburg. He stopped the time-splitting last week. Wright, 39, started as city manager last week, a month after the City Council voted unanimously to offer him the job. He will receive an annual salary of $75,000, while working to turn around the economy of the 4,000-resident city.
