Three people were in the Douglas County Jail today suspected of taking part in a crime spree that included a stolen vehicle, thefts from stores and trying to outrun the police. Roseburg police reported finding Monday a 1997 Honda that had been reported stolen Sunday in Roseburg. The vehicle was in the 400 block of Cecil Avenue, and one of the suspects, Dylan Cole Lewis, 19, of Sutherlin was arrested at the scene after a foot chase.
