HILLSBORO — Senior fullback David Henry rushed for 263 yards on 23 carries and scored four touchdowns as Oakland won its first state football title since 1964 with a 50-27 win over Portland Christian Saturday in the Class 2A final at Hillsboro Stadium. The Oakers (11-2) finished the season with a nine-game winning streak. The Royals (12-2), guided by former Oakland coach Cal Szueber, were making their first appearance in the title game.
