LA GRANDE — A dozen Douglas County students graduated from Eastern Oregon University last school year. The university awarded 593 undergraduate degrees and 95 master’s degrees during the 2011-12 academic year. Students graduating with honors earned a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or above.
