The Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested a Roseburg man Wednesday on suspicion of trying to sell methamphetamine to undercover officers at the Comfort Inn, 1539 N.W. Mulholland Drive, in Roseburg. Caleb Morgan Plueard, 30, was arrested on suspicion of possession and distribution of methamphetamine after DINT received a tip from patrol officers and had gathered surveillance evidence. Although Plueard possessed only a “very small” amount of methamphetamine, police suspect he planned to sell it, DINT’s commander, Lt. Pat Moore, said. Plueard was being held today in the Douglas County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail. …
