ROSEBURG Summer fest vendors sought The Umpqua Valley Arts Association is accepting applications from art sellers, food vendors, nonprofit organizations and entertainers for the 2013 Summer Arts Festival. The annual celebration will be from June 28 to 30 in Fir Grove Park, Roseburg. Applications are available on the association’s website, uvarts.com. They can be completed online or by mail. All entries are juried for quality. Those who apply before March 15 will be eligible for an application fee discount. The association will accept applications until June 1, as space allows.
