The traffic signal near the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and Bellows Street, which serves the southbound Interstate 5 ramps at Exit 124, is not functioning and is under repair, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Repairs are expected to take several hours and the intersection will function as a four-way stop until repairs have been made.
