Lloyd Richard Johnson, age 89, of Roseburg, OR, passed away June 3, 2018, with family by his side. He was born April 10, 1929, in Reedsport, OR, to Otto and Ethel (Brandon) Johnson.

Lloyd married Darlene Kruse on December 26, 1952.

Lloyd spent most of his career in the auto parts business.

He is survived by his three sons, Rick (Pam) of Roseburg, Steve (Judi) of Chehalis, WA, Kevin (Shannon) of West Linn, OR; six grandchildren, Daniel (Jill), Joanna, Trina (Yung), Alison, Shauna (Vebol), Bethany (Teddy); and 10 great-grandchildren, Joseph, Lucia, Silas, Hannah, Taylor, Carter, Laina, Liam, Alex and Amy; siblings, Bob, David, Jeanette Sanders and Ella Mae Koch. He was preceded in death by his wife Darlene; sister, Ruby Robison; and brothers, Leslie and George.

A special thanks to the staff at Oak Park Assisted Living for their years of care and Kempke Foster Care during Lloyd’s last days.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Roseburg Alliance Church, 2165 Garden Valley Rd.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a hospice organization.
