Michael James Doyle passed on November 13th, 2017, at his residence in Winchester, Oregon. Mike was born in Roseburg, Oregon, on February 21, 1947, to Dennis M. and Evelyn M. (Quella) Doyle.

Mike graduated from Roseburg High School in 1965, and went into the Navy after graduation. He served several years in Vietnam on PBRs and swift boats. After Vietnam, Mike went to work overseas in several countries for an oil and gas company. He spent time in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Banghdlesh, Hungary, Algeria, and Egypt, and many others. He remained overseas until he retired with his wife (Hue Doyle) in Vietnam in 2004.

After Hue passed, Mike came back to Roseburg and resided here until his passing.

He is survived by his children; son, Tony and his wife, Jenny Doyle; his daughter, Cindy Doyle and her husband, James Wormald; his two grandchildren, Jasmine and Ethan Doyle; his beloved cat, Allie; his sister, Denise and her husband, Tom Ludwig; his twin brother, Patrick and his wife, Veena Doyle; and his brother, Tim and wife, Sherrill Doyle.

There will be a viewing at the St. Joseph Parish Center, Padua Room, on Stanton Street, Roseburg, on Friday, November 17, 2017, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. and he will be laid to rest at the Roseburg National Cemetery on Friday, November 17, 2107, 2 p.m. with full military honors.
