On Saturday, June 10, an event was held in Sutherlin regarding Bigfoot sightings. A very special "thank you" should be given to Linda Newton-Perry, the Calapooia Reflection Museum and the city of Sutherlin for putting on this event.

These folks, along with the people who attended and added their comments and artifacts, added greatly to the occasion. These were intelligent, hardworking, regular people who had nothing to gain and were not seeking any fame or compensation. Their comments, opinions and experiences were all very enlightening.

The entire event was interesting, informative and educational. This will certainly add to the belief that Sutherlin in Oregon's Bigfoot hub. Hopefully, there will be more events like this in the future.

It's nice when people who have common experiences can talk about them without fear of ridicule.
