Eagles to try their hand at eight-man

YONCALLA — The Yoncalla football team, low on numbers, struggled the past decade at the Class 2A level. The Eagles, guided by fourth-year coach Matt Bragg, hope to turn their fortunes around in the 1A eight-man ranks. Yoncalla last played eight-man in the 1940s and early ’50s.
