Prep Football: Roseburg edges Gresham 39-38 in double OT

GRESHAM — The football season lives on for the Roseburg Indians. The Tribe knocked Gresham out of the Class 6A playoffs with a thrilling 39-38 first-round win in double overtime Friday night. Brendon Hopkins caught a 9-yard pass from Hayden Lent in the second OT, then Lent connected with Chandler Haskett for the game-winning two-point conversion to send Roseburg (6-5) into the second round.
