ADAIR VILLAGE — The Glide High wrestling team finished with eight invidual champions to claim the team championship of the Santiam Christian Tournament Saturday, compiling 246 points. Glide’s: champions included, Walker Damewood at 138 pounds, Luke O’Connor at 170, Jake Forrester at 160, Garret Short at 152, Alex Holland at 145, Devin Freeman at 126, Ian Quimby at 120 and Ethan Melton at 106. Damewood later was named the outstanding wrestler in the lower weight-classes.
