North hands Tribe first SOH loss

MEDFORD — Just admitted to the OSAA Class 6A coaches’ poll at No. 10, the Roseburg High boys basketball team was right on time Tuesday night with its first letdown: a 39-38 Southern Oregon Hybrid loss at North Medford. Andrew Weber hit a 3-point field goal from the corner to tie the game for the Indians (11-3, 3-1 SOH) with 12 seconds left in the game, but O’Shea Bailey went at Weber at the other end and drew a blocking foul with 0.3 to spare.
