WINCHESTER — After helping the Umpqua Community College volleyball team to its best two-year run in a couple of decades, sophomores Kendahl Weiland and Jennifer Lakin are moving on. Weiland — who was named one of 36 All-Americans by the American Volleyball Coaches Association — has already left for Dixie State, an NCAA Division II school in St. George, Utah.
