Roseburg boys fall at Grant in second round

PORTLAND — When push came to shove Friday in the second round of the OSAA Class 6A playoffs, the Grant High boys basketball team made sure the shove was extra hard. Hard enough to make the Roseburg Indians lose their footing late in the game, at least. Alex Johnson’s 3-pointer gave the Indians a 29-25 lead with five minutes left in the fourth quarter, but that turned out to be about the last Roseburg highlight of the season.
