Brandon Ash won the Outlaw 100 in his No. 23 car Saturday at the Douglas County Speedway.

Ash edged out Wade Koens for the win by 0.591 seconds.

Jeff Solberg, Kevin Ballard, Kyle Brown and Bill Stewart all competed in both the Street Stocks and the Outlaw races.

Solberg won the Street Stock race, but had to settle for fifth place in the Outlaw race.

Hard top racers Greg Hickman, Harlem Cox and Don Brysco also competed for the Outlaw’s checkered flag in addition to their own class.

Steve Smith won the Hard Top race ahead of Hickman and Brysco. Cox did not finish the race.

Matt Klaas, who suffered a concussion in the July 22 race, was back on the track today but did not finish the Hard Top race.

Ron Johnson won the Hornet race ahead of Bob Vancil and Pete Lemon.

Daredevil Mr. Dizzy performed stunts during a short break from racing.

Next week the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West will be racing at Douglas County Speedway. Columbia River Legends and PRA Hard Tops will round out the program for Aug. 26.
