WINCHESTER — Umpqua Community College’s volleyball team lost its final home match of the season in five sets to Lane.

The Titans (19-16, 9-4) won the Northwest Athletic Conference Southern Region match 25-22, 27-29, 22-25, 25-18, 15-10.

Roseburg graduate Taylor Russell, a setter for Lane, had 34 assists in the match. Hannah Hayes had 14 kills for the Titans, Kennedy James added 11 kills and Meagan Briggs added 10 kills. Stacia Panther had 26 digs.

Umpqua was led by Emma Lind with 15 kills and 15 digs. McKenna Wilson had 10 kills and 17 digs, Shayla Limatoc contributed 19 digs, Madison Becker had 48 assists and Amiyah Shakoor had 14 kills for the Riverhawks.

UCC will play the final match of the season Wednesday at Southwestern Oregon.
