ROCKLIN, Calif. — Umpqua Community College’s women’s wrestling team finished 11th at the Cliff Keen West Coast Tournament of Champions on Saturday.

UCC’s Esthela Trevino finished fourth in the 101-pound bracket. Trevino fell in 1:49 to Southwestern Oregon’s Ivy Navarro in the third place match.

Mariah Annis was the only other placer for the Riverhakws. She finished seventh in the 116-pound bracket by pinning Taryn Ichimura of Menlo College in 1:03.

Other wrestler who competed for Umpqua were Juliana Castro (101), Britney Garnica-Lemus (109), Lizzete Ramos-Mujica (109), Bressly Aleman (123), Jordyn White (123), Moira Sheldon (130), Angelita Sanchez (130), Laura Ekada (136), Jade Piper (170) and Sienna Lejeune (170).

Umpqua will host Warner Pacific University on Jan. 2.
