The Downtown Roseburg Association will host a mile-long fun run the day after St. Patrick's Day named The Hangover Mile.

This will be a family friendly event open to all ages and no alcohol is allowed.

Registration will take place the day of the event from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the corner of Oak and Jackson street and will cost $10.

The race will start at the same corner at 2 p.m.

The first 100 registrants will receive a finisher's token. T-shirts and other promotional items will be for sale the day of the race.

The run will be a fundraiser for the Downtown Roseburg Association. Vendors are expected to be downtown to entertain the crowds before and after the race.

After the race participants are encouraged to visit O'Toole's Pub, where 15 percent of the proceeds between 2 and 4 p.m. will go to the Downtown Roseburg Association.
