Oakland and Camas Valley are the final two Douglas County prep football teams still remaining in the OSAA playoffs.

The 11th-seeded Oakers will travel to Astoria Saturday to meet No. 3 Knappa in a Class 2A quarterfinal game. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. at CMH Field.

No. 3 Camas Valley will play host to a 1A eight-man quarterfinal on Saturday. The Hornets face No. 6 Falls City at 1 p.m. at Roseburg High’s Finlay Field.

Oakland (5-3) opened the postseason last Friday on the road with a 45-14 victory over No. 6 Gold Beach. Andrew Harrington rushed for 281 yards and five touchdowns and Bryan Lehman added 107 yards for the Oakers.

The Loggers (9-0), who won the Northwest League title, rolled past No. 14 Bandon 62-32 in the first round. Knappa has outscored its opponents, 419-85, this season.

In other 2A quarterfinals, No. 8 Heppner (6-3) is at No. 1 St. Paul (9-0), No. 5 Santiam (9-1) is at No. 4 Grant Union (8-1) and No. 10 Kennedy (4-6) is at No. 2 Monroe (8-1). The Dragons won the Mountain View Conference crown.

The Oakland-Knappa winner will play the Kennedy-Monroe winner in the semifinals.

Camas Valley (9-1) walloped Cove 42-6 Friday at home in the first round. Bryson Wolfe led the rout, rushing for a career-high 216 yards and scoring five touchdowns.

The Hornets have outscored their foes, 469-126.

Falls City (8-1) is the top team out of Special District 3. The Mountaineers eliminated No. 11 Echo, 58-20, in the first round.

“We’re gearing up for Falls City,” C.V. guard/noseguard Jacob Payne said following Friday’s win, before the Mountaineers’ game had been played.

In other 1A quarterfinals, No. 9 Wallowa (8-2) travels to No. 1 Triad (9-1), No. 5 Hosanna Christian (9-1) visits No. 4 Crane (8-1) and No. 7 Adrian (8-1) is at No. 2 Dufur (9-0). The Falls City-C.V. winner will meet the Adrian-Dufur winner in the semifinals.

In 6A, two Southwest Conference teams advanced to the second round. No. 5 South Medford (9-1), the conference champion, will host No. 12 Lincoln (8-2) Friday and No. 7 Sheldon (9-1) will host No. 10 Central Catholic (8-2).

In 4A quarterfinals, No. 8 Gladstone (6-3) is at No. 1 Cottage Grove (9-0), No. 12 Henley (7-3) visits No. 4 Mazama (8-1) in an all-Klamath Falls matchup, No. 11 La Grande (8-2) travels to No. 3 Marshfield (9-0) and No. 7 Ontario (7-2) is at No. 2 Scappoose (8-1).

In 3A quarterfinals, No. 9 Coquille (9-1) travels to No. 1 Scio (8-1), No. 12 Harrisburg (5-5) visits No. 4 Cascade Christian (9-1), No. 11 Rainier (8-2) is at No. 3 Nyssa (8-0) and No. 10 Vale (7-3) visits No. 2 Santiam Christian (8-2).

In 5A quarterfinals, No. 8 Silverton (7-3) is at No. 1 Mountain View (10-0), No. 5 Crescent Valley (9-1) travels to No. 4 Churchill (10-0), No. 6 South Albany (6-4) visits No. 3 Hermiston (8-2) and No. 10 Lebanon (7-3) is at No. 2 Wilsonville (9-1).
