YONCALLA — Shaunausi Hardy scored 15 points and Yoncalla held Umpqua Valley Christian to two points in the fourth quarter en route to a 34-25 victory Saturday night in the Skyline League North girls basketball game.

Kaleigh Soto and Jamie Glenn both added seven points for the Eagles (3-11, 1-4 North), who won for the first time in league play this season.

Yoncalla led much of the game, but the Monarchs tied the contest at 23-23 after three quarters. The Eagles managed an 11-2 run to end the game.

Umpqua Valley Christian (3-10, 1-4 North) was led by Liz Jarvis with seven points.

Yoncalla returns to the court at Glendale on Friday. UVC will host Days Creek on Friday.
