LA PINE — The Glide Wildcats remained in first place with a 25-22, 25-10, 25-12 win over La Pine Tuesday in a Mountain Valley Conference volleyball match.

Sierra Mauro had 11 kills, 11 assists and 14 digs, McKya Filley pounded 13 kills and setter Piper Kaul made 23 assists and six kills for Glide (20-2, 8-1 MVC).

"We changed up the lineup, trying something new," said coach Misti-Kae Bucich. "It seems to work really well. The girls seem quicker and are hammering the ball. I'm looking forward to seeing what we do in the (3A) playoffs."

The Wildcat host Coquille in an MVC match on Thursday. It will be Glide's Senior Night.
