DRAIN — Cal Parks scored 24 points to lead North Douglas to a 62-53 win over Yoncalla in Friday's Skyline League North boys basketball game.

Parks scored 18 of his points in the second half and 10 in the fourth quarter for the Warriors (11-5, 4-0 North) in the north county rivalry matchup. He also had 10 rebounds, five assists, four steals and two blocks.

Koldan Frieze also had a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds against Yoncalla (7-6, 1-3 North). 

Brandon Rundell was in charge of guarding Yoncalla's Ted Wickman, limiting the Eagles' leading scorer to 19 points and 12 rebounds, which is below his average.

Dominic Aguilar stepped up for the Eagles with 16 points and Laaron Lopez contributed 10 rebounds.

Yoncalla was outrebounded 43-26 by North Douglas.

Yoncalla will host Umpqua Valley Christian on Saturday. The Warriors will host Pacific.
