TRI CITY — Rogue River came out strong in its 4-1 win over Canyonville Academy in Saturday's boys soccer game at South Umpqua High School.

The Chieftains (3-1, 2-1 SD5) were up 3-0 at halftime in the Special District 5 game.

Canyonville Academy is now 0-1-2 overall and in league. The Pilots will play Cascade Christian at the U.S. Cellular Community Park in Medford on Wednesday.
