GLIDE — The Wildcats got an early lead over Reedsport on the way to a 46-0 nonconference football win on Friday.

Glide left 26-0 at halftime and with about a minute left in the third quarter the game went to a running clock.

Glide (2-1) was led by running backs Wyatt Estrada, Giovanni Allison and Zach Holland. Estrada ran the ball 13 times for 91 yards, Allison had seven carries for 96 yards and Holland had nine carries for 104 yards.

The Wildcats' quarterback Cyller Cunningham threw 5-for-7 for 91 yards.

"Our defense as a whole played great," Glide coach Jody Doty said. "They played lights out."

No defensive stats were available, but coach Doty said Zack Welker, Dillon Towne and Estrada all had a good night against the Brave (1-2).

Both teams will have another nonconference game scheduled next Friday. Reedsport will be at Illinois Valley and Glide will travel to Oakland.
