MEDFORD — The Douglas girls basketball team lost to St. Mary's, 50-39, in a Far West League game Friday night, which dropped the Trojans to 0-3 in league.

Douglas went 6-for-26 from the free throw line, while St. Mary's went 5 of 8.

Amy Dickover led the Trojans (6-6 overall) with 15 points, while Kaylie Hall added 11 points.

Emma Bennion had 23 points to lead Crusaders (7-5, 1-1).

The Trojans took a small lead towards the end of the third quarter but were outscored 14-5 in the fourth quarter.

Douglas plays at Brookings-Harbor next Tuesday.
