Ahdra Klingler scored 21 points and Grants Pass used a hot-shooting night to whip Roseburg, 73-29, on Tuesday night in a Southwest Conference girls basketball game at Robertson Memorial Gym.

Grace Gaither added 12 points for the Cavers (11-7, 2-2 SWC), who led 36-16 at halftime. Klingler hit three of G.P.'s seven 3-point field goals.

Emma Vredenburg led the Indians (2-16, 0-4) with eight points, sinking a pair of 3-pointers. McKenna Melvin chipped in seven points and Samie Bergmann scored six.

Roseburg has dropped 11 straight.

"That was some unreal shooting by Grants Pass," RHS coach Dane Tornell said. "My guess is they were 80 percent from the field. (Ahdra) Klingler had a great game. We executed our offense and had good shots, they just didn't go down."

The Indians travel to North Medford (7-9, 0-3) Friday.
