NORTH BEND - Premier Insurance rallied for three runs in the top of the sixth inning and eliminated the Pepsi Bottlecaps from the American Legion Class A state tournament on Friday with a 3-2 win. In the sixth, Cory Finlay doubled and Zach Rose tied the game with a two-run homer.
