The Umpqua Valley Christian boys soccer team wrapped up the Special District 6 championship with a 12-1 win over C.S. Lewis Academy of Newberg on Monday at Fir Grove Field.

Senior Zack Schissler scored a hat trick and more, finishing with five goals for the second-ranked Monarchs (11-1-0, 9-1-0 District 6).

Other offensive contributors for UVC were Gage Reeves (two goals, five assists), Jayden Fong (two goals), Jacob Luther (one goal), Blake Harris (one goal) and Spencer Adams (one goal). Goalkeeper Tyson Sanders made 10 saves.

The Monarchs have qualified for the 3A/2A/1A playoffs and will host a league playoff against an opponent to be determined at 4 p.m. next Monday at Fir Grove Field.
